The Chequers is the main village pub of Crockenhill (in fact the only remaining pub). It is very much a focus point of the village. Dog friendly (except the restaurant area). Has a garden area - with a petanque pitch. Harveys Sussex Best is the regular beer (with a couple of changing guests)
