By road:  From Westerham, take the B2026 up Hosey Hill and turn left past Chartwell.  At the end of Mapleton Road, turn left onto the B269 and continue to Four Elms.  At the crossroads, continue ahead onto the B2027 to Bough Beech.  Make a right and left over the railway bridge and stay on that road through Chiddingstone Causeway.  Turn right onto the B2176 (signposted "Penshurst") just after the Little Brown Jug public house, just before the top of the hill.  Then make a sharp right turn into Station Hill.  Warning - there is a station entrance on the Chiddingstone Causeway road before the right hand turn but there is nowhere to park.  The pub owners, naturally, do not appreciate people parking in their car park (except customers) but there is ample parking at the station, as described above.
