The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep.

As mentioned in the answer to an earlier question, the ages of the people currently walking with us range from their thirties to their seventies so that should be no problem, provided you are reasonably fit

We try to give warning, in the programme, of the length of the walk and any particular problems.

As far as disabilities are concerned, nearly all walks involve some stiles - though our "70's Saunter" strand of walks do not. 70's Saunters are flatter walks of no more than 3 miles - but they are stiill on footpaths so would not be suitable for wheelchairs and walkers.
