Dogs are allowed in the bar as it has a stone floor but it is not large so they should be kept on a lead (particularly as the door leading into the kitchen is often open). There is a separate restaurant area to the left of the entrance and dogs are not allowed in there. The toilets are very clean.
The Royal Oak is owned by Westerham Brewery (like the Carpenters Arms, on Limpsfield Chart).
There is a car park to the side of the pub with a small beer garden down a couple of steps at the far end.
